How does the first step work?
A first call of 15 minutes, free, no commitment. We take stock and check that we are aligned before going further.
Do you sell conversations by the hour?
What is sold here is a result. The number of conversations and their length are firm, and appear on every page; it clicks in the first conversation, then support to anchor it.
How many times do we meet?
The number of conversations and their length are shown on each support page, along with the work and the exchanges between conversations. You choose the pace, and we set it on the first call.
How is the price set?
Each transformation has its price, shown on its page.
What is the difference with therapy?
Therapy explores where things come from, often over the long run. Here, we start from the decision to be made, and we work on clarity in a short span. This work is about clarity and decision. It sits alongside medical or psychological care where there is any, and I point you to a health professional whenever that is useful.
In person or remotely?
In person in Lausanne, or by video: you choose, conversation by conversation. With Leadership support, the phone is added to both.
Is the work between conversations included?
Yes. The exchanges and the work between conversations are part of the support, included in the price.
Is it confidential?
Strictly. What is said in a conversation stays in that conversation.
Can I move a conversation?
Yes, up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, free of charge. A message, an email or a call is enough. A moved conversation is rescheduled within the validity period of your programme.
How long do I have to use my programme?
Six months from purchase, for all three programmes. You choose the pace within that period. You get a reminder thirty days before the deadline, and you can ask for three more months, once, with no reason to give. In the event of a proven medical impediment, unused conversations are refunded pro rata on presentation of proof.
Can I get an appointment quickly?
Times are set directly with Lina, whatever the programme. With Leadership support, your request comes before the others when a decision is pressing, and the conversation can happen by phone: an option specific to this programme.
From what age?
From the age of 14, with written authorisation from a legal representative, requested before the first conversation. What is said in a conversation stays confidential; the legal representative is kept informed of the framework. Above 18, booking is enough.
