Today, I bring together everything I have been through, built and learned, in the service of those who want to see clearly in their lives.

My path

Rigour, then people.

Born to a Danish mother and a Syrian father, both in the medical world, I grew up in a place where discipline and rigour were the watchwords. Then a maturité scientifique, a licence ès lettres in Geneva, then a BBA and an MBA in Lausanne. I joined consulting in a large financial firm, several consultant roles, then a post in HR.

Those experiences were rewarding, but something was missing: attention to the human being. At thirty-three, I took the road to independence and coaching.

Body and mind

Sports coaching became one of my passions: several schools of physical preparation, training with Les Mills, Pilates at Vertigo, Antigravity, Schwinn Cycling. That is where I grasped the essential: body and mind move forward together. I created Power-Fit in 2013, then Mental Sofa.

My trials

Born premature, declared clinically dead at eighteen months, revived by my father. In 2012, I lost my father; in 2023, my mother. Those trials, and so many others, gave me the depth and the strength that let me support you with the right touch.
